Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

3. Eligibility to purchase
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.
You must provide accurate, complete and current billing, delivery and contact information.
Products purchased through our website are intended for personal use. Please contact us before purchasing products for commercial resale.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, prices and images are accurate.
Screen settings and photography may cause colours or packaging to appear slightly different. Packaging may also receive non-material updates, but the product supplied will materially match its description.
You should read the physical product label, ingredients, allergen information, directions, storage instructions and warnings before use.
If information on the physical product differs materially from the website or your order, do not use the product and contact us.
5. Food-supplement information
HydroHi products are food supplements and are not medicinal products.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of young children and follow all storage and usage instructions on the packaging.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have an allergy or medical condition, or are uncertain whether the product is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Information provided on our website is general product information and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for supplying safe products, providing accurate mandatory information or respecting your statutory rights.
6. Prices and delivery charges
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices include VAT where it is applicable. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges will be clearly shown before you submit your order.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
7. Placing an order
Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct the products, quantities, delivery information and total price.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and HydroHi is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless we clearly state a different acceptance point for a pre-order.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where:
-
The product is unavailable
-
Payment cannot be authorised
-
We cannot deliver to the supplied address
-
An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred
-
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unlawful transaction
-
A legal or regulatory requirement prevents us from fulfilling the order
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will issue a full refund.
8. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Payment may be authorised or collected when your order is submitted. This does not remove your cancellation or refund rights.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by your bank or payment provider, although we will assist where reasonably possible.
9. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. If stock becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available or provide a refund.
We may apply reasonable quantity limits where necessary to protect stock availability or prevent unauthorised resale.
10. Pre-orders
Where a product is offered as a pre-order, the product page will clearly state that it is a pre-order and provide an estimated dispatch date or period.
Pre-order dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a fixed delivery date.
If a pre-order is materially delayed, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. You may cancel the affected order for a full refund if you do not wish to wait.
Your statutory cancellation rights continue to apply after delivery.
11. Delivery
We currently deliver to the locations listed in our Shipping Policy.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated times will be shown before you place an order.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
Delivery estimates may be affected by events outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options, including cancellation where required by law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you identify an error, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once processing has begun.
12. Ownership and risk
The product becomes your responsibility when it is delivered into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you identified to receive it.
If you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, responsibility may pass when the product is delivered to that carrier, as permitted by law.
Ownership of the product passes to you once we have received full payment.
13. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy:
https://hydrohi.co.uk/policies/refund-policy
For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Because HydroHi products are sealed ingestible food supplements, the change-of-mind cancellation right may end once the tamper-evident product seal has been broken or removed for health-protection or hygiene reasons.
This opened-seal restriction does not apply where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
To request a return, email hydrohi.shop@gmail.com. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions privately.
14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Goods supplied by HydroHi must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Contact hydrohi.shop@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible if:
-
Your order arrives damaged
-
The tamper-evident seal is broken on arrival
-
You receive the wrong product
-
A product is faulty, unsafe or not as described
Please provide your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, price reduction or other remedy. HydroHi will cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
15. Product use and storage
Products must be used and stored according to the instructions and warnings supplied on the packaging.
We are not responsible for a problem caused solely by deliberate misuse, storage contrary to clear instructions, use after the stated date, or consumption exceeding the stated recommended daily dose.
This does not limit our responsibility where the product was unsafe, faulty, incorrectly labelled or otherwise failed to comply with the contract or applicable law.
16. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed when they are offered.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Only one discount code may be used per order
-
A discount code must be applied before checkout is completed
-
Promotions are subject to availability
-
Refunds will reflect the amount actually paid
We will not retrospectively change a promotion applying to an order already accepted.
17. Customer accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders and information.
You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and should contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. This will not remove your rights relating to existing orders.
18. Acceptable website use
You must not:
-
Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
-
Attempt to interfere with its security or operation
-
Introduce malicious software
-
Use automated systems to place abusive or fraudulent orders
-
Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission
-
Misrepresent your identity or payment authority
We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and other customers from misuse.
19. Intellectual property
The HydroHi name, branding, logos, product imagery, text, designs and other website materials are owned by or licensed to HydroHi Ltd unless stated otherwise.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our protected materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
20. Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted using Shopify and may use third-party services for payment, delivery, analytics and other functions.
A purchase made through hydrohi.co.uk is a contract between you and HydroHi Ltd, not Shopify.
Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of a third-party website, but this does not limit our responsibility for services we have selected to fulfil our obligations to you.
21. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://hydrohi.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is managed through the choices available in our cookie-consent controls.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications.
22. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We supply products to consumers for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption arising from use of a product for commercial purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Unsafe or defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded
-
Breach of your statutory consumer rights
-
Any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
23. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If delivery cannot be completed within an agreed or legally required period, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund.
24. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email hydrohi.shop@gmail.com with your name, order number and details of the issue.
We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable period and aim to reach a fair resolution.
Consumers in Scotland can obtain independent consumer advice from Advice Direct Scotland.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services or legal obligations.
The Terms applying to an order will normally be those in force when the order was placed. We will not retrospectively change an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page.
26. General provisions
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in exercising a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
No person other than you and HydroHi Ltd has a right to enforce the contract, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for statements or promises on which you reasonably relied when placing your order.
27. Governing law and courts
These Terms and contracts made through our website are governed by Scots law.
If you live in Scotland, proceedings may be brought in the Scottish courts.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. You may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applying in your place of residence.
